Resources cuts documents released
Documents detailing 210 proposed job cuts in BBC Resources have been released.
The documents detail the arguments management have put forward to justify staff cuts of almost one third in Resources.
They were tabled to BECTU on 1 December 2008 during a meeting at which management presented their proposals, described by BECTU Supervisory Official Helen Ryan as “another major step in the casualisation of the entire industry”.
