PH proposal ballot

ESPG members in Studios are being balloted on new Public Holiday proposals for UPA2 staff.

The consultative ballot is being carried out after the suspension of industrial action following a meeting with Resources management in late August.

The document [51k pdf], being distributed with ballot papers, details the proposals, and is intended to be applicable to both Studios and Post Production UPA2 staff.

However Studios members must be balloted because of the previous industrial action ballot.

The closing date for return of consultative ballot forms is 1200 on 5 October 2004.

There is no specific recommendation from BECTU on which way to vote.
